Every price is a starting point for the stated size within 70 road miles of Luther; we confirm the number in your written quote before anyone drives anywhere. Three plans, one ladder. The price tracks two things: how many spaces we host, and how many times a year we come back and re-capture. Hosting is the platform fee, monthly for a listing or annual for a space that stays online. Each re-capture visit is a Proof of Place capture at 20% off, and the plan carries the refreshed plan, photos, and tags with it. Website care is priced separately, because a website is separate work.
Hosting only. The walkthrough with measurement stays live after the free 90 days, shared as a private, password-protected, or unlisted link, and unpublished on the date you choose. Monthly for a listing, annual for a space that stays online. Cancel any time; your files stay yours.
Keep It Live plus one re-capture a year: a fresh walkthrough, an updated plan and photo set, shutoff and asset tags, and a responder walkthrough link on request. The listing tour, the damage baseline, and the contents record, kept current.
Hosting for every space on the site plus two re-captures a year, tagged mechanical and access points, responder walkthrough links for fire and EMS, and named-user access for staff and vendors. Priced by square footage and building count.

Plans follow a first job that sets the baseline; annual plans are billed up front and can be cancelled at renewal. Storefronts and restaurants that want Google Street View add it once for $150; it stays on Google without a plan.
Why hosting is a plan and not free forever: the walkthrough platform bills for every active space. Your files are yours and are delivered to you; the hosted link stays live free for 90 days, then under Keep It Live or Standing Proof, and can be re-activated later if you let it lapse.
Included in every price: Red Lodge, Roberts, Joliet, Bridger, Fromberg, Laurel, Billings, Columbus, Absarokee, Fishtail, and Cooke City in season; anything within 70 road miles of Luther.
By arrangement: Cody and Powell, Big Timber, Livingston, Hardin, and Bozeman at $1.25 per mile round trip, waived for construction programs and multi-building days.
Farther: ranches, camps, and multi-site portfolios anywhere in Montana and northern Wyoming, quoted as a day rate plus travel.
